No the game does not have rape at all. The mod is a fan made language translation who changed some texts and references. (In newest version it will be possible even to rename characters so it won't be necessary if the only reason to use it is to rename girl characters.)
Yes only English is corrected by Humans / Translators and Correctors at this moment. Regarding the rest only some parts were corrected by human eye. We have a plan to make all translations later as soon as this option would be more affordable, at the moment it is about 2-3K euros per translation which we don't have and multiply that by 10 languages. Indie studio like ours can't afford that now but it will be a real deal in the future. Plus we are changing existing texts often, improve weak moments, shorten stuff etc. There are many reasons why we currently focus on only one language - English (Also important fact - None of us is a native speaker of English)

The patch is not created by us but by a community of f95 and lewdzone. They taken our english translation and removed step references and changed some conversations completely, others are unchanged. But maybe something more was applied, no idea.

There is a guide on f95 zone, you have to copy a file in the game structure. You can even find downloadable zipped versions of the game all combined there somewhere, or at 3 months ago they were there.
Could we kindly ask you if there is any specific set of steps to make it work could you share it with us? Very few people ever played our game on linux to tell and it would help us a lot :-)
All I had to do was unzip it, then run the file named "World of Sisters LINUX.x86_64". I ran it from my file manager, but some people may need to run it from the terminal depending on how their system is setup
why not just build the incest bit into the game it would be much easyier to do it that way and just have it in the settings to OFF and if players want it on then they can turn it on themselfs. saves a lot of hassle for everyone devs and game fans on both sides.
We can't include 3rd party unverified language translation into the game, there are some keywords that are not allowed by Patreon. And as someone on fapnation noted, many games have it done in a way a patch is applied afterwards to majority of games. There is a discussion on our Discord from time to time by community about it, it's not hard to patch it, but also it can't be part of official releases, that's one reason why latest versions don't have this patch from the start and it takes days to weeks till fans who does this massively on 10+ games does the corrections in latest texts. We are not that happy as some translations are not perfect, but we give up fighting, if anyone wants to mod something, noone can stop him. We focus on creating new animations and content only.

The game isn't working on my Android. All the menus and text boxes in-game flicker at an almost constant rate, becoming unreadable and an eyesore. I tried an older version and the problem persisted
I guess we can only assume it doesnt work on your phone. we tested it on 6 we had and it worked there, yet the game is huge and despite packing 6gb of stuff into 300mb it might not work on all devices sorry and if you can try the primary platform the desktop it is optimized to run there. by the way what phone and specs do you have? I just found out that the reason the GUI reminded me so much of a Pay2Win mobile game is because it literally is one.
I had thought it was just poor design choice. But it is intentional.
There are 6 subscription levels ranging from 2$/mo to 50$/mo.
There are GUI restrictions like only being able to access the map from certain rooms.
Those GUI restrictions are removed one at a time when paying sub fee at 10,20,30, and 50$/mo respectively
Additionally paid subscribers get:
-XP bonus to bypass some of the horrible grind
-tons of XP tickets to bypass some of the horrible grind
-tickets to track a quest (one quest step tracked per ticket). Very annoying. quest log should just work!
-skip the wallet grind (variable amount of skip based on sub level)
-faster talk skip button (speed improvement scales with sub level all the way to max tier). lets just waste your time with artificial slowdowns unless you pay a monthly subscription!
The game literally wastes your time on artificially slowing down in various ways unless you pay a subscription fee, and the more you pay the less it slows you down.
+latest version added skip options for potentially unwanted scenes (mainly peeping at other men fucking scenes).
+massive improvement

Having the same issue. All of my data got reset twice. Once because of the patreon link at the bottom of the screen being to easy to click, and the 2nd was a black screen crash. It wouldn't even be that bad if the "old saves" didnt soft lock you because you cant get the backpack.
I don't know what is happening, but for some reason whenever I try to extract the .zip file (on Windows) for the newest version of the game (v0.23), I get an error for the same file (build_anims_assets_all_f7926cd646bdfff7f0c37c3cf88c694e.bundle)
Error Message: "0x80010135: Path too long"
Because of this error, none of my animations will play, it just shows a popup saying "Loading Animations", but it does not work. I don't know why this is happening, but I am really concerned that it is. If someone could help me with this concern that would be greatly appreciated because I really enjoy playing this game and it would suck for me not to be able to anymore.

Have you tried to extract it for example on some main drive like D:/ does it show the same error?
The incest patch means there are reworked texts that changes reference to characters, some texts were cut out , some were added, it works with english only, also this is a fan made mode for the game. I don't know much details but you can ask it's authors for more info.
That seems to have worked for me for now. I downloaded it into a separate drive and extracted it there, then I copied the files over to where I tried first and deleted the originals and the animations are working properly now. Thanks for the help. I kinda feel dumb that I didn't think to do that in the first place.

Just a quick update we found a way to shorten assets animation bundle name, that could help with some extracting software which was problematic (in 7zip it worked, but in some older win rar it didn't unpack all files, that's why game had issues to load animations - they were not extracted whole)
Meanwhile you can use skip content, skip questionaires or start a new game, it works there fine. The possible issue I can think of is upgrading from older save to have the issue you describe. Roughly

There will be different weight lifting games in the gym , each will award 3 skills, also the strength is not a limitation at the moment and it is not needed to have more than 3. Ok so ive been playing this up until the date with the camera girl and as of the update its unplayable as well as the lust visions up date. It goes for a bit and always crashes around the same parts. I have a galaxy s21 ultra android phone. This game should t be an issue. Ive reinstalled like 10 times. Now in introduction scenes for starting new game it crashes at the same spot everytime. This game used to run perfectly. Any ideas?

is there a fix to the android port saves cant save properly when i try to save it says an old version file
Having the same issue. All of my data got reset twice. Once because of the patreon link at the bottom of the screen being to easy to click, and the 2nd was a black screen crash. It wouldn't even be that bad if the "old saves" didnt soft lock you because you cant get the backpack.

I don't know what is happening, but for some reason whenever I try to extract the .zip file (on Windows) for the newest version of the game (v0.23), I get an error for the same file (build_anims_assets_all_f7926cd646bdfff7f0c37c3cf88c694e.bundle)
Error Message: "0x80010135: Path too long"
Because of this error, none of my animations will play, it just shows a popup saying "Loading Animations", but it does not work. I don't know why this is happening, but I am really concerned that it is. If someone could help me with this concern that would be greatly appreciated because I really enjoy playing this game and it would suck for me not to be able to anymore.
Also, on a different tangent, what does the (INCEST PATCHED) mean?
Have you tried to extract it for example on some main drive like D:/ does it show the same error?
The incest patch means there are reworked texts that changes reference to characters, some texts were cut out , some were added, it works with english only, also this is a fan made mode for the game. I don't know much details but you can ask it's authors for more info.
That seems to have worked for me for now. I downloaded it into a separate drive and extracted it there, then I copied the files over to where I tried first and deleted the originals and the animations are working properly now. Thanks for the help. I kinda feel dumb that I didn't think to do that in the first place.

Just a quick update we found a way to shorten assets animation bundle name, that could help with some extracting software which was problematic (in 7zip it worked, but in some older win rar it didn't unpack all files, that's why game had issues to load animations - they were not extracted whole)
The game refuses to allow you to use a name for MC that is shorter than three letters. But there are plenty of real names who are only 2 letters long.

I guess the sister Jess will act kind of badly towards player in public to a certain point when he will save her from bullies (VIP club) and since then she will be kind of acting nicer towards him in private, giving him pleasure moments and despite it will be expressed in a way she still likes to humiliate him, she will also enjoy having sexual stuff together and sometimesPlayer will do nasty dominant things with her, like face-fucking her mouth or taking control of her during upcoming sex scenes as a form of roleplay where player makes his revenge by fucking her maximally while both will enjoy it fully. You are not dumb, it is just not explained explicit (Teachers just tell you to attend the classes regular in the morning) the classes work simply: visit any one of four rooms on the top floor in the morning and lesson will appear. Each room has 5-6 different lessons which progresses when you attend them repeatedly. And we will add more later. Have a good day.

Well the trick is that you can use two fingers quickly changing and take turns to click , or maybe if space key works you could press it using the same technic. But at the moment it is just a challenge, we have a plan to put more skills into the game and make them usefull but at the moment there is quite limited usage for the strength. There were downloads for both 0.14.5 and 0.14.9 here so I removed the older one, maybe it looked confusing, and you just clicked on it as it was on the top and new one was on bottom, now only 0.14.9 are here, one for android second one for desktop

By playing the game. There is no magical button to unlock all sex scenes. Anyway there is a game feature (when you choose new game and third window option displays access) to last sex scenes added and accessible instantly (but you would skip the story leading to these, so it wouldn't make much sense why these happened). So what happened to the online version?
Honestly we would love to put it here but itch.io has a limit of 200mb maximum (we were at 199 in version 0.13.7 and we can't lower the size anymore) So the itch.io offer possibility to increase this limit, which we have requested 7 times and e-mailed support again and again and once even someone replied and said they increased this limit, but when we tried they didn't and we feel sad and desperate about this. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. The game is running in web version in other websites without an issue. We are open to any ideas how to get it back here.

There will be different weight lifting games in the gym , each will award 3 skills, also the strength is not a limitation at the moment and it is not needed to have more than 3. Expect heavy weights lifting where you will click certain key's (on adroid certain spots) for example, maybe we can decrease the number of clicks needed, making this mini game easier.
